The London ClockMaker

Mantel clock made in Paris by "J.W.B" circa 1900, serial No. 20785. It strikes the number on the hour and once on the half onto a bell. It has a 12-piece Cartouche dial with roman numerals. The case is gilded brass and is surmounted by varies objects including fire torches and flowers.
