The London ClockMaker

French Mantel Empire Clock circa 1810. This is of 8-day duration with a bell that sounds every hour with the number and once on the half. The clock is by D.C. & Co. Paris. This clock depicts Seraphim playing a Harp, accompanied by a wreath of victory gained from the book of knowledge. The case is wonderfully gilded and has a porcelain dial with roman numerals.
