French mantel clock with a Ormolu & Bronzed case. 15" (38cm) high, 20" (51cm) wide, 5" (13cm) deep. This clock represents a mother & son at prayer indicating peace and love. Made by "Oppenhein a' Paris". The dial is also signed with the words "LE clere Boul poissonnier No. 25". Serial No. 6. Striking the number on the hour and once on the half on a bell with a count wheel and of 8-day duration. Dating to around 1830.
